I did it! I made a video and it went pretty well, if I do say so myself. I did forget one little thing so it's a video and a video addendum but hey, the more the merrier.
This first series gives you a few stretches/a little self massage for chest opening and letting lung qi flow freely. I hope this relieves some tension and helps you breathe more freely in these tense times. I'll be posting a neck series probably in the next couple of days.
